Residents who are dealing with advanced dementia can live life to the fullest in a dedicated, secure memory care household at Meadowlark Retirement Village. Specially trained, expert care partners provide personal attention 24 hours a day. Using the Household Model of care, care partners help residents maintain their daily routines on their own schedules in a supportive, consistent environment. The following services are included in the monthly rate:
- Home cooked, made to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily
- Staff assistance and observation with medications, with clinical oversight
- Daily housekeeping services including laundry
- Assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, bathing, and, if needed, dining
- Up to a two-person assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assistance with transfers
- Reminders and cueing for memory loss and confusion
- Laundering clothing and linens
- Specialized activities for meaningful engagement
- Stand by assistance with mobility or wheelchair transportation to activities and meals
- Room furnishings (if necessary)
- Wander guard technology
- Walk-in shower
- Hydrotherapy tub available
