At Meadowlark, our residents’ quality of life is our primary focus. That includes attending to their specific health and wellness needs. Our independent living residents can access clinical support in determining needs, setting health-related appointments, answering health questions, and scheduling personal and supportive services. Assisted living residents get a helping hand with a multitude of daily tasks, from dressing and bathing to housekeeping and laundry, along with three delicious, nutritious meals a day. Memory care residents enjoy all of that plus 24/7 care by experts specially trained in easing the challenges of living with advanced dementia .

The Porter Hills Medical Director is available to become a resident’s personal physician and to visit residents at Meadowlark. These services are billed to Medicare and the resident’s personal insurance company. Residents also have the ability to request on-site lab work and pharmacy delivery. Medication assistance is provided by trained team members and overseen by our licensed nurse.
